These terms govern access to the PriceChomp website and invited beta.

PriceChomp is an informational buying-guide, deal-discovery, and price-research service. It does not sell products, process retailer orders, guarantee inventory, or promise savings or product performance.
Accounts
Beta access may require an invitation and an individual account. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify PriceChomp of suspected unauthorized access. Access may be limited, suspended, or ended to protect the service, users, retailers, or source agreements.
Acceptable use
Do not probe or bypass access controls, automate account access without written permission, redistribute protected catalog data, interfere with service operation, impersonate another person, or use PriceChomp for unlawful or deceptive activity.
Prices and product information
Prices, claimed discounts, stock, condition, shipping, pickup, promotions, and retailer terms may change or be incorrect. Reference prices are source-provided evidence, not appraisals. Verify every material fact with the retailer before buying.
Research and analysis
Buying guides, comparison links, scores, and optional analysis are starting points. They may be incomplete or wrong and do not establish product suitability, authenticity, taxes, fees, warranty coverage, or return risk. You remain responsible for every purchase decision.
Third-party sites and commercial relationships
Retailer and research sites are operated by third parties under their own terms. PriceChomp may later earn a commission from clearly disclosed qualifying links. Commercial relationships do not determine catalog inclusion, ranking, or deal scores.
Ownership
PriceChomp owns its software, interface, original copy, organization, and branding. Retailer names, product content, and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners and are used only within the applicable permission or informational context.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as available and may change, pause, or end. To the extent permitted by law, PriceChomp disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for retailer actions, missed offers, purchasing losses, product outcomes, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
